i wanted to though. i was sick on sunday and monday. nothing crazy, sore throat, fever etc.
tuesday i felt like crap but figured i might as well go in since i had a dentist appt at noon anyway and i already canceled that once...
always go with your gut feeling!
i got pulled over 50 ft from my work. this resulted in the following:
ticket for not wearing a seat belt. court date for failure to have my emissions sticker on my front windshield. half an hour late for work.
i didnt bother explaining to the cop that 3 months prior i was on the highway and witnessed 2 chics crash head on into a light pole going 80 mph. the light fell and smashed my windshield to pieces.
dentist - got my teeth cleaned..the kind where they had to scrape under the gums. i was numbed up so it didnt hurt. got out at 2pm. didnt eat yet, and couldnt eat, drink or smoke or talk cause i couldnt feel my teeth, tongue or lips. i felt retarded. i know thats not pc, but thats how i felt.
since i had the rest of the day off, i went to emissions. needed 20$ cash. went across the street to get 20$. guy in front of me at the atm took 13 minutes...i timed it.
he left and started mumbling to him self.
i started to put my card in but his was still in the machine. i grabbed it and ran after him yelling "swirr swwirrrr swwiiwww"
turns out, the man was special, or slow or whatever. i felt funny.

i payed for my emissions test, and went and bought a water....
i started talking when i was paying and i was making faces and talking like a slow person, and the guy behind the counter said " thats ok, take your time. its ok" then he smiled.
too bad there are not accents or sound effects here, but guess what...he was slow also....
it took me 4 minutes to get my change back....i timed it
i went outside and managed to spill the whole 16 ounces of water down my shirt. it was a riot.

all in all, today was a pretty damn good day. enjoy the little things in life. thats all you really got.
